Though im going back to Malaysia soon,there are many places and things that i want to do b4 go back.haha.Today after passed up the stupid+boring TTKI makalah to ITB.We went to Pasar Baru.Ya,again!haha.Cos Joon gor,Wenwen,Lailai,Tzu2,chin2 wanted to buy somthg but is diff things.hehe.I just want to santai.hahaha.Toiday was not so packed like before,we still can have fresh air.haha.

The most interesting part was we went to Anata at Pasteur,we had our creambath.hahaha.I think Malaysia dont have creambath.Its so damn nice.We will do somthg like hair spa,but with message and scrubing our body.OMG!im like in heaven when they did the message to me.My hair cream was sunkist flavour,haha.It smell nice,and the function is gv shines to my hair.hehe.Chin2 used strawberry,tzu2 seaweed and wen2 was avocado..Each with differrent funtion.But we feel refresh after the creambath..hehe

Talking talking and talking,santai santai n santai after that in front of Anata..hehe.but feel sad cos Nethiya,Narmatha and Vicky ady went back,and our kost become more quiet than before.Tomolo chin2 and devika going back.I will miss u guys..hehe.still got 7 days to go..hehe

• my school or maybe someone i know.
• every good things in Malaysia.
• second semester which will be more challenging and hectic

I cant wait to go home soon,but i will miss my friends here.16th of January,i will be waiting for it!!YEAH~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Acceptance

When faced with a serious problem the first thing we can do is determine if there is a way to fix it. If there is a way then we can lay out a plan and go to it. If there is not a reasonable solution then we can resign ourselves to the fact that it isn't going to change and move on. Acceptance of the situation can provide some immediate relief from the anger, anxiety and stress that might be burdening us.

Why wouldn't you accept it, if it does not have a solution? Rehashing it over and over in your mind will not make it disappear and is just self punishment.

Most of our worries are about something that has happened and is still with us, real or perhaps only as a memory. If it has already happened, what can be learned? It is the experience of struggling, surviving and carrying on, that makes us better humans.

How often have you worried intensely over something that turned out to be not as bad as you initially thought, or not a problem at all? Even some of our most serious personal problems often fade away in a month or year.

Acceptance is an important ingredient in the formula of life. It makes an irritating situation acceptable, a major problem minor. Acceptance should be waiting to take over whenever there is not a way out.
